9am – 11am ON ICE TRAINING

9am – 9:30am power skating & edgework

9:30am – 10am stickhandling, speed with the puck & PEP

10am – 10:30am shooting, technical shooting & Dynamic shooting skill development

10:30am – 11am small area games & compete drills
